The Requirement
Theobroma was launching a new offer around its dessert range.
The campaign needed to go live across its retail outlets — across multiple cities at the same time.
The challenge was not simply to manufacture 300 displays.
It was to make sure that 300 different locations could receive, install and present the same campaign in the same premium format.
The Challenge
A multi-city rollout creates a very different set of problems.
- How do you get the same display everywhere?
- How do you manage logistics to hundreds of locations?
- Who will install them?
- Do you need a technical team in every city?
- What happens when a display has to be moved or used again?
And finding different local vendors for different cities can create another problem:
One campaign. Different vendors. Different execution.
Theobroma needed something that was:
The Cuboc Solution
FABxGO
Instead of treating every outlet as a separate installation project, Cuboc approached it as a portable display system.
The displays could be packed and couriered directly to different locations.
- No heavy transportation.
- No specialised installation team at every outlet.
- No complicated technical setup.
The display was simple enough for the store staff themselves to install.
And visually, it didn't compromise.
A full 1 × 2 metre illuminated brand surface gave the campaign the visibility and premium presentation it needed.
The Big Advantage
The structure doesn't become useless when the campaign ends.
The frame can be reused. The graphic can be replaced.
So the same physical system can support:
The brand doesn't have to rebuild the entire display every time.
From Central Production to Multi-City Rollout
- Manufacture300 displays produced centrally.
- PackCompact and ready for movement.
- CourierSent directly to different locations.
- InstallStore staff installed the displays themselves.
- Go LiveThe campaign was rolled out across 300 outlets within 10 days.
The Result
Theobroma was able to take the campaign across multiple locations without treating every outlet as a separate fabrication and technical-installation project.
What This Project Really Shows
For a multi-city campaign, the display is only one part of the problem.
The real challenge is deployment.
A display that looks great at one location is not necessarily a good solution for 300 locations.
The system also needs to travel well, arrive safely, install easily and remain useful after the campaign.
That's where portability becomes more than convenience.
It becomes a rollout advantage.
