The Challenge
A large shipment of approximately 6,000 standees was on its way to Chennai when the stock was damaged during transit.
The damage — including dents — happened during loading and unloading.
It wasn't a manufacturing or packaging issue.
But for the client, that distinction didn't solve the problem.
6,000 standees had to reach their destination — and now there was a shipment to resolve.
What We Did
Strictly speaking, transit damage is a transporter's responsibility.
But deciding who was responsible wasn't going to get the client their product.
So instead of spending time arguing about fault, we focused on solving the problem.
Cuboc took back the damaged stock and coordinated transportation from both ends to get the situation resolved.
The focus was simple:
Don't argue about the problem. Solve it.
The Result
The client received support through a difficult logistics situation involving a very large shipment.
More importantly, this became a real test of what our replacement commitment means when something goes wrong at scale.
A commitment means little until it is tested.
What This Project Really Shows
Large orders don't always go perfectly.
Transit involves multiple hands, multiple movements and sometimes things go wrong outside the factory.
What matters then is not simply who is responsible.
What matters is:
Who takes responsibility for helping you find a solution?
For Maharaja Marketing, this was one of those moments.
And for Cuboc, it reinforced a simple principle:
We don't disappear when the shipment leaves our factory.
